Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems† (Smoking and Cancer). There over thousand different types of cancer, and can produce in any area of your body. Symptoms of Cancer are lumps in breasts or testes, unusual bleeding in certain areas of the body, difficulty swallowing and much more. Cancer not only kills but it affects one life and the one around them. Cancer causes depression and makes a person feel as though they have no hope and they can die any minute, families are also affected because it hurts to see your loved ones suffering. Your diet is an important part of your life and if not taken seriously the results can be life threatening and serious health issues will develop. The food choices we make can increase the risk of getting cancer. Consuming too much salt, sugar, greasy foods such as French fries, red meat, unhealthy snacks, and much more can have an impact on your body and will increase your risk of developing cancer in your bowel, stomach, mouth and esophagus.
